Professor Liu joined Central China Normal University in 2006 and he is the associate executive director of National Engineering Research Center for E-Learning. His research interests include computer application, artificial intelligence, and ICT in education.
As the project leader, Dr. Liu participates in many national scientific and technological projects and makes remarkable attributions. He’s the copyright holder of more than 20 national patents and has been awarded First and Secondary Prizes for Scientific and Technological Progress of Hubei Province.
Dr. Liu is a renowned professional in the field of E-Learning and he serves as a committee member on many professional organizations, including Hubei System Engineering Society and Audio and Video Coding Standard Workgroup of China.
