Antonio Melo is the Practice Director for Humana’s Digital Experience Center. While his professional experience prior to joining Humana in 2007 was varied (bands, non-profits, record industry, healthcare, consulting & tech start ups) creativity remains the common thread throughout. Within Humana, he has held numerous positions in the tech organization focusing on innovation, culture change, mobile & web, learning & teaching and product development. He is among the core leaders who first introduced Agile to the company eight years ago. He received his BA in English and philosophy from Kenyon College.

On a personal note, Antonio enjoys being a husband, father, musician, cyclist, coach for children’s soccer teams and an avid reader. His wife and he consider Louisville home and together have a son, daughter, dog and hamster ages 13, 11, 7 and 2 respectively.
